Christmas Shoppe Volunteer Registration

FRIDAY EVENING-Facility Set-Up: Friday, December 13th, 4:00 PM-8:00 PM: Transports and moves tables/chairs from off/on site, sets up displays, involves lifting. Pick-Up truck helpful.

Team Lead Position: 6:30 AM-2:30 PM. Team Leaders are in charge of a specific station/s that volunteers signed up for. Team Leaders have been selected by the planning committee and have attended monthly planning meetings.

SATURDAY MORNING Security: 6:30 AM-9:15 AM - Supports safety and security before, during and after the Shoppe. Bilingual a plus.

First Aid: 7:00 AM-10:30 AM-Handle minor medical issues and fill out an incident report, if needed.

First Aid: 10:30 AM-2:00 PM-Handle minor medical issues and fill out an incident report, if needed.

Security: 9:00 AM-11:45 AM- Supports safety and security before, during and after the Shoppe. Bilingual a plus.

Parking Lot Monitor: 7:15 AM-10:30 AM-Greets, directs and guides guests as the arrive at the Christmas Shoppe.

Child Care: 7:30 AM-11:15 AM-Provides care to the children of the Shoppe guests in a Christian love-filled atmosphere. MUST have current Live Scan clearance through your organization. BILINGUAL is a plus.

Lawn Activities Team: 7:30 AM-1:45 PM-Engages with the guests and their children while monitoring outdoor activities. BILINGUAL a plus.

Prayer Team: 7:30 AM-10:AM- Prays for and with the Shoppe guests in line or at a prayer station. BILINGUAL a plus.

Prayer Team: 9:45 AM-12:00 PM- Prays for and with the Shoppe guests in line or at a prayer station. BILINGUAL a plus.

Prayer Team: 11:45 AM-2:00 PM- Prays for and with the Shoppe guests in line or at a prayer station. BILINGUAL a plus.

Gift Wrapping Team: 7:45 AM-11:00 AM-Wraps the guests' gifts. This is a position that requires standing. BILINGUAL a plus.

Personal Shopper: 7:45 AM-11:00 AM - Personal Shoppers assist the guests shopping for their children, tally and bag the gifts. BILINGUAL a plus.

Personal Shopper: 10:45 AM-2:00 PM - Personal Shoppers assist the guests shopping for their children, tally and bag the gifts. BILINGUAL a plus.

Toy Restocking Team: 7:45 AM-11:00 AM -Replenishes the toys that the guests shop for during the Shoppe.

Toy Restocking Team: 10:45 AM-2:15 PM-Replenishes the toys that the guests shop for during the Shoppe.

Bonus Gift Team: 8:00 AM-11:15 AM-Assists guests to choose jackets and other miscellaneous items. At least 16 years old by Dec. 13, 2025.

Facility Cleanup Team: 1:15 PM until COMPLETION-Breaks down the event and cleans up after the event to restore the facility back to the original setup/use.
